Guitar and Bass Guitar Lessons

Whether you want to accompany yourself with Rhythm Guitar while you sing, or you want to shred the fretboard. We can work together and make that happen. I typically use Ultimate Guitar for songs to put context to our technique and theory. With complete guitar beginners, we will start with learning open chords to easy popular songs. From there, we will learn how about rhythm, harmony, and melody. We will learn how notes relate to each other, and how the fretboard works.

I’ve written out some things we can work on below. You don’t have to choose just one stream, either. You can learn all 3 if you like. There’s a lot of overlap.

Rhythm Guitar

For students wanting to focus on rhythm guitar and singing, we will mostly use popular songs as a guide. We will also learn a little bit about note and chord theory, as well as popular chord progressions and strumming patterns.
